Thank You! The management of Sri Kenyalang Cultural Troupe would like to express the gratitude to all who involved in Sri Kenyalang's inaugural project: 'Manifestation of Culture and Arts of Sarawak through Dances'. Consist of 5 dance from 5 various ethnic,1 welcoming dance and including 2 extra personal documentation, this shooting took about 8 months to produce including the editing process. Sarawak Governor's 81st Official Birthday Celebration  9th September, 2017, 6.00 a.m. Celebration Square, Sarawak Stadium, Petra Jaya Kuching Three of our members was invited by United Bumiputera Heritage Party (Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu,PBB) to join their headquarters contingent.  9th September 2017, 7.00 p.m. New Sarawak State Legislative Assembly Building Another four of our members was invited by the Sarawak Arts Council, Ministry of Tourism, Arts, Culture, Youth and Sports Sarawak to garlanding for State Dinner in conjunction of Sarawak Governor's 81st Birthday Celebration 10th September 2017, 10.00 a.m. Waterfront Hotel Kuching Again the same four of our members was invited by the Sarawak Arts Council, Ministry of Tourism, Arts, Culture, Youth and Sports Sarawak to garlanding for Jamuan Teh  in conjunction of Sarawak Governor's 81st Birthday Celebration and Hari Keputeraan YDP Agong . HIRING FOR NEW DANCE CREW !!

We are looking for another 4 more female dancers and 5 male dancers. Here are the requirements : Age : 15 to 30 years old ; Able to attend practises or extra dance lessons for technically improvement ; Have a little background in dance or performances and ; Willing to accept a contract at least 5 years.  Benefits for joining us : have an allowance per performance ; going to perform in and out of Malaysia and ; we will make sure to teach or share new, interesting and more different syllabus. INTRODUCTION This group was established in 2016 and actively participated by a group of youth which was established through the establishment of a school culture club in 2016. This group is led by an artistic director. The group named "Sri Kenyalang" in view of the establishment of this group was actively participate in performing arts activity in the area of Kenyalang Park, Kuching. The official logo was designed to display the sculpture of a hornbill and Orang Ulu design is moving through its body which related with the slogan of Sri Kenyalang, namely "Kenyalangku, Tariku, Nyawaku ..." or “My homeland, my dance, my life…” in English .This slogan simply means that the life of an artist, or more precisely in fighting in the art field (dance especially) which currently can be seen as a strong competitor in Sarawak.
